You catch it, because every figure stays linked to the document it came from and you can check it in a click. Tendermark surfaces and defers: it flags unusual spreads, missing items and lump sums that may be hiding detail, and it never decides anything. No. Each contractor gets a unique link, opens it from their email, and prices your line items directly. No account, no download, nothing to install. Contractors who would rather send a file still can, in any format.

No, it is not used to train any model. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, the content we send for extraction is not used to train their models, and we do not use your tender content to train anything of our own.

You are the controller of the tender content you upload and we act as your processor for it; we are the controller only for your own account details. Your data is stored in the EU, and where a supplier processes it outside the UK we rely on the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where that supplier is certified. Our sub-processors are listed in the DPA, and we give 14 days' notice before adding one, which you can object to.

You can export everything you put in, as PDF, Word and Excel, at any time. Retention periods and deletion are set out in full in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

No software is. RICS does not certify tools, and the obligations under the professional standard on responsible use of AI attach to you and to your firm, not to the products you use. What Tendermark does is give you what you need to meet them: a plain-English account of how the tool works for your due diligence records, a risk register template, client disclosure wording for your engagement terms, and a timestamped audit trail on every tender.
