If you run tenders on your own
Pay per tender
A monthly subscription charges you whether you run a tender that month or not. This does not. You pay for each comparison you run, there is no seat to buy, and there is nothing to cancel.
£35 covers one tender comparison, however many contractors price it, and however many times you re-run it after a corrected return.

Some organisations cannot pay by card, and need every surveyor on the team working without one. An annual plan is the same product on commercial terms your finance team already runs.

Before you decide
When exactly am I charged?
At the moment the comparison is generated. Setting up a tender, uploading a Schedule of Works, inviting contractors and collecting returns are all free, so you see the analysis working before anything is taken.
What if a contractor sends a corrected return?
Re-uploading a corrected return and re-running the comparison on the same tender costs nothing more. You are charged once per tender, not once per run.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes, on an annual plan. One invoice a year, paid by bank transfer on 30-day terms, with your purchase order number on it. Tell us roughly how many tenders your team runs and we will send a quote.
What happens if we go over the annual allowance?
Nothing stops working. Tenders above your allowance are processed as normal and invoiced at the same rate at renewal, so a busy quarter never blocks a comparison.
Do colleagues need their own subscription?
On an annual plan, every surveyor in your organisation is included at no extra charge. On per-tender pricing, each surveyor pays for the tenders they run.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel on per-tender pricing. You pay for a comparison when you generate one, and nothing in between. Annual plans run to the end of the term.
